Bonnie Maygarden gives a new twist to a basis design exercise, that of taking a crumbled or irregularly folded piece of paper, uncrumpled or unfolded, and creating a design with color. Her works, painted in acrylic in saturated monochromatic tones with contrasting accents, have a glowing quality.
